Many experienced property investors and some new starters have learned about the benefits a programme that allows them to analyse the financials of their investment property can bring; especially when building a property portfolio. These programmes are often referred to as an Investment Property Calculator.

There are many types of programmes available on the market all varying greatly between functionality and price. Some are provided as simple downloads from the internet in an Excel format and others are more complex programmes that require downloading and installing.
